Madison Williams Europe was created as the oil trading operation of Madison Williams Corporation of New York (MWNY), a privately held corporate investment banking operation in NYC, with a deep knowledge and specialization in the energy sector which was established as a spin-off of Sanders Morris Harris Group in Houston with a 20 year track record in the corporate finance field. From 2010 the company underwrote 17 offerings and raised in the region of $4 billion in public equity. MWNY maintained offices in Houston, New Orleans, Chicago, Boston, Washington DC and San Francisco with headquarters in New York. Madison Williams Europe is an oil and gas trading business focused primarily on crude and refined petroleum products and Liquefied Gas. We operate from five main locations, Madison Williams Europe AG (MWEU) based in Zug, Switzerland, Madison Williams ICS BV (MWICS) is the division’s logistics company based in Amsterdam, Madison Williams Med (MWM) based in Italy, Madison Williams South America (MWSA) based in Brazil and Madison Williams Singapore (MWS). Our main geographical areas of sales are Far East, India, North America, Western Europe and Sub Saharan Africa. We operate through Representative Agents in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, UAE, London, Amsterdam, Milan, Switzerland, Austria, New York, San Diego, Toronto and Johannesburg. Our long term objective is to tightly integrate these supply chains of our businesses in order to control and manage operational risks.
