Madodonke and Daughters is a pioneering company founded by a group of dedicated professionals from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Our mission is to empower young professionals and uplift communities through innovative research and development in traditional affairs (AMAKHOSI). We believe in the power of local leadership and the significant role AMAKHOSI plays in decision-making, often surpassing governmental influence. Our core focus is on environmental impact and job creation. We recognize that returning land to communities without the means to sustain it is unproductive. Therefore, we are committed to providing the necessary tools, knowledge, and opportunities for young professionals to thrive within their own communities. By doing so, we demonstrate that relocation is not a prerequisite for success; opportunities can be cultivated locally. Madodonke and Daughters aims to establish a Young Professional Board at national, provincial, and local levels, mirroring governmental structures.
