About MAE-Eitel
We are a manufacturing company located in Orwigsburg, PA. Our core business is in the design and manufacture of straightening machinery and material handling systems for the automotive and railroad industries. We do work in the Agricultural, Metal and Energy sectors as well. The origin of our company dates back to 1931 in Germany. In 1973, as Eitel Presses, we established our facility in the Deer Lake Industrial Park. In 2014, we merged with one of our competitors, MAE; which now makes us the leader in the global straightening press market. Since January 2019, we have made a focused effort in re-establishing our relationship with the local community. We approach challenges with a positive mindset and can-do attitude. We thrive when working outside our comfort zone and investigating new technologies. We enjoy learning new skill sets and developing new business opportunities. For example, we have recently partnered with other manufacturers to perform contract machining and assembly. We are passionate about our commitment to continue to grow manufacturing in the United States and provide people in Schuylkill County with rewarding job opportunities. We are unique in that we place personality as our number one attribute when onboarding new team members. Our culture of customer service drives every action we take.
