MAGIS Residential Services is a Community Based Provider. We specialize in precision placements for the Developmentally Disabled Community with the focus on the long-term Benefits for whom MAGIS serves. Our priority is about cultivating the relationship between the Individual served and the right Provider. Finding a precise fit means the MAGIS team is personally invested into each pairing. In addition to meeting state qualifications, MAGIS Provider Candidates participate in a series of interviews conducted by the MAGIS team led by Executive Director, Nicholas Andrews. Upon determination the Candidate is a proper fit for MAGIS, the selected Provider waits for the precise Individual. MAGIS does an extensive evaluation of the medical and social history of the Individual being served to match with a Provider that has the skills and assets necessary to compliment the Individual’s unique needs. MAGIS’ goal is to help the Individuals we serve in reaching their personal potential. By placing a focus on finding the right match MAGIS reduces the number of Providers coming in and out of the Individual’s life and builds strong relationships that create long-term success.
