Four decades of research by MagmaChem’s Earth scientists has produced an ‘image’ of the Earth analogous to an MRI image of the human body, What the MRI did for our understanding of the human body, MagmaChem, in a geologic sense, has done for the Earth. MagmaChem’s image of the Earth’s interior has revealed never-before-seen details of the Earth’s composition, structure and geologic processes which will enrich our relationship with the natural world and bringing new understandings to environmental challenges, climate models and the origin of life. It has dramatically reduced risk in mineral and petroleum exploration resulting in multiple discoveries. We are a non-profit 501 c3 science corporation, our mission, to transfer MagmaChem’s new understanding of the Earth to industry, academia, government and the public.
