About Main Street Books
We are the only independent, new and used bookstore in Mansfield, Ohio. We will take your used books in exchange for store credit and we can order almost any new book you'd like. We have all the usual categories--from fiction to biography to cookbooks to picture books--plus a huge selection of books on Ohio or by Ohioans, Mansfield area books and films, a large selection of quality graphic novels, journals and other gifts, and greeting cards. Our reading loft is open to the public--free wi-fi. Our author reading series has brought such authors as Don Pollock and Lee Martin, and cartoonist Tom Batiuk. We host events year-round including the Downtown Mansfield Scavenger Hunt, the 24-Hour Comics Day Challenge, and Borderlands: Poetry On the Edge, a monthly poetry reading and open mic.
