Maine Coast sources fresh, North Atlantic lobster from U.S.A. and Canadian fisheries for distribution around the world. It takes a whole different level of quality, service and innovation to deliver lobster that arrives fresh and bursting with life. Every Maine Coast lobster is graded for quality by one of our experts. We look for shell quality and strength in each animal that is shipped. Our frozen lobster tails and fresh meat are processed using industry leading technology, High Pressure Processing (HPP), securing the flavor and freshness of our product for our customers. Maine Coast was named the 2015 US Small Business Administration’s Small Business Exporter of the Year for Maine, the fastest growing mid-size company in Maine in 2016, and added to the INC.5000 list of fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S. in 2017 and 2018 Exporter of the Year.
