About Maine Training

Maine CPR & First Aid was started in 2015 by Jesse who wanted to make first aid and CPR available to everyone. Jesse started small and only did classes here and there while still working another full-time job. She found that Maine CPR & First Aid should be her primary focus when she saw the benefits of her training firsthand! Knowing that the community is usually the first to respond, not medically trained personnel; she wanted to help the community to save the lives of those closest to them. In 2020, Jesse ventured out to add more life-saving skills to be offered to the community. Jesse teamed up with her husband and some veteran friends to start offering self-defense classes. Together they were able to expand and open Maine Training! Which is what we have today! Together they are able to work hard on their biggest goal! The goal is to help those who didn't think they could help themselves or others. They strive to do their best for the community as well as helping to train the neighboring states!
