The combination of anatomy, authentic flow yoga, tantric philosophy and a little bit of magic helps you with that. Each of our flows is unique. Current classes: - Authentic Discovery: Yoga classes that give you enough space to discover what your body truly needs. More gentle way of moving. - Juicy Morning Flow: After your beauty sleep, it’s time to kick start the day and get your juices flowing again. Give your body the sweet wake up call it deserves and float through the rest of your day like a warrior! - Shake The Dust: This is no yoga class. Ready to sweat? Jumping, shaking, pilates, body weight training and intuitive movement for a strong, resilient body. All supported by a kick-ass playlist! - Vinyasa Flow: Connect to your conscious breath and flow through asanas like you mean it! You will strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you move from one pose to the next, allowing your body and the mind to be challenged as they become one. Earlier experience of yoga asana recommended but not required. The classes are primarily taught in-person at the lovely sagayoga studio in Punavuori. Book your spot through their website.
