We are a family-run business set up in Elda over 50 years ago, dedicated to the construction and development of residences on the Costa Blanca. Our philosophy is simple and based on 4 solid pillars: experience, quality, reliability and service. Almost 5 decades at the service of quality is our foundation for improving day after day and doing things properly from the start. We focus on and are passionate about creating spaces in the finest surroundings so you can enjoy spending time in your residence on the Costa Blanca (Alicante, San Juan, El Campello, Villajoyosa and Finestrat). Properties designed with our customers in mind, because we must not forget that they are not just buying a property. They are acquiring a whole set of services. The residence itself is only one part of this, and not always the most important part. In addition to our development activity, we manage a mixed rental portfolio comprising both residential and non-residential assets. The group is now expanding into the short-term rental market, offering select properties with a hotel-inspired approach to deliver a high-quality experience for visitors to the Mediterranean coast.
