Maison Première is a quality service provider and is managed by a team who recognised that there was a niche in the Second Home / Holiday Home Management market that was not covered. Too often, the luxury of the getaway to the country and the coast was hampered by the worry of looking after a home which was far from being local. Bringing skills from Management, Business, Hospitality and Building, the mix of precision, management and organisation was ideal for providing second home owners with the confidence that their home was in the best hands. Starting out in France, the founders of Maison Première first entered into the second home management service by renovating an old derelict farmhouse and gite complex. Soon this was extended to looking after properties for others who owned holiday homes in Northern France. Now based back in the UK the business has grown and the demand is stronger than ever. South Devon was the perfect location to launch Maison Première, the luxury lifestyle brand for the management of Second Homes, and it has gone from strength to strength.
