We're so proud to introduce Maiven to the world because we saw a problem that couldn't wait. Only 37% of women are using generative AI tools compared to 50% of men, and we could see this creating a massive gap in career opportunities. We kept meeting brilliant women who wanted to learn AI but couldn't find a space that felt right for them, or us. They wanted to talk about ethics, understand practical applications, and learn without feeling intimidated or judged. They were also experiencing overwhelm and burnout as if they were already behind, when in actuality we're all at the starting line together. So we decided to build what was missing. Maiven is our answer to turning AI curiosity into real capability through hands-on learning and genuine community. We're creating the world we want to see, where women don't just adapt to technology but actually lead it. Honestly, we built the space we wished we'd had when we were starting our own AI journeys.
