About Major Solutions

Major Solutions was founded in December 2006 as a voice, data and video cabling company. In 2008 Major added CCTV, Audio Visual and Electrical services to our portfolio. This opened several doors into the hotel and hospitality industry. In 2011, Major brought in a network and PC services division, again seeing a need among clients for more and expanded services. This division supplements the core of the business as well as offering clients an additional resource already familiar with their networks and processes. Major expanded their electrical services division in 2012. At this point, we took on generator installations, larger commercial projects and grew the electrical services division.In 2013, Major Solutions spun off the IT, computer and phone services division into Major Integrated Solutions to support the increased demand for IT and phone support services and to offer managed services and help desk services for clients. The Major Companies' combined knowledgeable and skilled staff, along with their professional service has given them a reputation as one of New Orleans' premier technology and electrical services companies. Stephen Thompson founded Major Solutions in 2006. He has been working in the cabling and IT industry for 16 years. Angelo Dicharia joined Major Solutions in 2008. He has 24 years of experience in CCTV, security, cabling and audio visual. Daniel Jochum joined Major Solutions in 2012. He has 25 years of experience as a master electrician focusing on commercial, industrial and residential work Allen Bostick joined Major Solutions in 2013 as a Partner in Major Integrated Solutions, which handles IT, computers and phones. He has 16 years of experience in IT support and network integration.
