About Make Ideas Work

Make Ideas Work (MIW) provides human-centered program and project Management training, coaching and consulting services for organizations committed to social change. By applying equity-lens and human-centered approach to people and project management, we partner with justice-based organizations to enhance existing programs and to support the development of their visions. With special emphasis on team and process improvement, We also provide tips, tricks and templates to better streamline the work while creating a collaborative working environment. With our uniquely combined set of tools and backgrounds, we have a strong track record in facilitating small and large group meetings and retreats both virtual and in-person; designing and facilitating listening and feedback sessions; and providing thorough summary of recommendations. Ultimately, we are here to deepen existing skills and to strengthen the impact of equity-based work.
