We are Makewaves audio – an all things audio studio in Stockholm, Sweden. We are a tight-knit team of audio creatives brought together in 2019 by a shared passion for innovative audio and the experience held therein. With a collaborative mindset we service our clients with original bespoke music and sound design with a flair for the cinematic and they seek our consultancy to elevate and add value to their project or brand. Our team has worked over two decades in the industry creating audio for global brands such as Volvo, Reebok, Samsung, Trek, Head, Gucci, Porsche, Sky, Viasat, Ubisoft, Niantic, Lego, Securitas, Nvidia, Adidas to name a few. We are engaged by our clients for our innovative approach and our commitment to sonic excellence. We are passionate about the creative process and we know how to accurately translate ideas into audio. Our commissions range from broadcast promos, trailers, adverts, title-sequences and show-closers as well as all brand related content and sonic identities, and we are regularly engaged for our services by the games industry. The process of fulfilling our client’s audio needs is one of collaboration and understanding. To us, audio lends weight and emotion to content and not only complements, but completes the narrative. Regardless of the medium, we always embark on the creative process with an ambition to convey, sonically, the emotional intention of the brand narrative presented to us. Our goal is to retain curiosity in our approach and our ever-evolving attitude towards audio as a creative means of communication and storytelling.
