About MAKINEN
In demanding shipbuilding projects, every minute counts. Every part of each project—project management, planning and design, procurement, production, logistics, installation, and supervision—needs to be done properly, and there is no room for mistakes or delays. From these demanding requirements, the core of our team and our operations has been built. We have been supporting our clients in their cabin and public area projects since 1992. Today we have offices on three continents—Europe, North America, and Asia—locating us close to our clients. Our own in-house furniture and textile production is based in Vanhalinna, Finland. Our principles guide us in our everyday work. This is how we stand out from the crowd of contractors in terms of our two most important target groups: our team members (including employees, subcontractors, and suppliers) and our collaboration partners.
