It is not until you get to a place in your life that you begin to truly understand that you do have the ability to change. Brigid can facilitate the change you are looking for. You have the ability to change your present and future. Much like cells that change and reform, we can change our DNA, and recreate the future we desire and are entitled too. We all have events that occur that leave an impact. It is how we deal with them that is the making or breaking of who you are. What we think is what we become. Brigid now runs workshops based on a programme she has created which is in her book Transform your Psyche. She has trained practitioners who also work in this field. Her passion is people 45 plus, who have hit a brick wall. Long Term Unemployed, broken relationships, illness. Those people who have found themselves in a position where they have to start all over again. This is where we can assist. Making a Change is about finding who you are.
