Malik, Inc. has been implementing CRM solutions in both standalone and integrated capacities since 2013. We are an outcomes-based, people-centric organization that emphasizes successful outcomes for our customers and a working environment that never lacks enthusiasm, enjoyment, or energy. Our methodology is simple: we build solutions with our customers. We align with our customers on the general outcome - allowing for plenty of flexibility in what that outcome does or doesn't include. From there, we conduct working sessions, gather your ideas on what the next evolution of your solution should entail, build the solution in-between working sessions, and show you what was accomplished since our last conversation. Essentially, we don't gather requirements, disappear, and return with a product in hand and a wave "goodbye." We want customers to be as involved and connected as possible. This ensures the outcome is entirely steered in the preferred direction by the customer while accommodating any major or minor changes in priority or direction. By emphasizing the mantra of "fair, equitable, and fun," our team is empowered to be flexible where needed, maintain agility in our implementation cadences, and ensure our team and our customer's project team are able to enjoy the process along the way.
