About Malleable Mind

Malleable Mind Ltd is a performance psychology consultancy who work with individuals, teams and organisations to help them achieve their true potential. Why do we do what we do? To put it simply we care about the people we work with and we want to use the skills and experience we have to help them manage the challenges they face. So what do we do? We work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and to understand how the challenges they face impact them, their teams and organisations. We then work with them to design and deliver programmes which develop the skill set to manage and overcome their challenges. How do we do this? We use evidence based psychology to inform our programmes, understanding that a key component to many of the challenges we face as teams and individuals is how we are thinking about ourselves, those around us and our envrionment; how we are feeling about the challenges we face and what this promotes in our behaviour and how we interact with those around us. We understand that our physical brain and psycholgical mind are not fixed but rather changing throughout our lives as we experience and learn about the world around us. We use this understanding of our Malleable Mind to help others develop and enhance psycholgical flexibility and use growth mindsets to achieve their potential.
