I've been trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) for their unique and powerful coaching process of Core Energy Coaching™, which is focused on getting to the root (or “core”) of an individual’s challenges by identifying and shifting deep inner beliefs that block a client’s success. Many clients come to coaching with an “outside” goal in mind—for example, maybe they want a promotion, new career direction, more time, less fighting with their spouse, feel lost or don’t know where to even start etc.. Through Core Energy Coaching, we start the process “inside,” where we find the root of most challenges and blocks to success. Many times, these thoughts and feelings are hidden from the client’s awareness, but are huge drivers of unproductive choice, behaviors, and/or inaction. Through my training I have learned to uncover these inner blind spots, gently bring awareness to my clients, and shift these inner blocks to cultivate new perspectives and helpful beliefs that support the client’s success from a deep and sustainable level. As more and more inner blocks are cleared, my clients feel more comfortable and less stressed about the topic at hand (and life in general)! What does Coaching 1:1 with me look like? It’s a partnership that we create together - A solution-focused, action-oriented partnership that helps you create and experience the life of your choosing. I listen BEYOND what you are saying and help you make sense of your conscious or unconscious desires. Together, we plan your goals and strategies for success and then go after them!
