Maloney & Associates, LLC is a California company with a focus on management and educational consulting. The company was founded by Tom Maloney after a highly successful career spanning more than three decades in the public sector; his experiences are wide and varied. Tom and those talented individuals with whom he has chosen to associate in business are skilled practitioners, speakers and educators with a variety of management and education backgrounds. We understand that, in the knowledge age—the 21st century—individuals and organizations excel and meet success by engaging in relationship dynamics among collaborators. More often than not, those who work together toward significant change that reflects their mutual interests and values are likely to find meaningful purposes that equal organizational accomplishments. We have developed proficiency at the assessment of a wide variety of work environments with the intention of expanding personal and organizational capacities; these result in progress toward charge—sometimes viewed as the nemesis of progress.
