As a child, founder Mansour spent countless hours in the kitchen with his mother, watching her prepare meals that brought the family together. These dishes were made with care, using fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavour—food that left you full, satisfied, and connected. Mansour realised that many craved this same kind of homemade comfort. So, he created Mama Bou: a delivery-only kitchen, bringing soul-satisfying meals to Londoners via apps like Deliveroo and Uber Eats. Our name is a tribute to his mother, and every dish is prepared with the same love and attention that went into those family meals. What We Offer: Homecooked Meals, Delivered: We offer three daily dishes with options for everyone—vegetarians, vegans, and meat lovers alike.
