About MAMA Coaching
MAMA Coaching creates the time and space for parents to reflect, make decisions and move forward. Through 1:1, group coaching programmes, and facilitated workshops for Managers and HR professionals, we consider what has changed since becoming a parent, and how to continue to bloom both professionally and personally. We support parents who are making changes, facing decisions, juggling the demands of both the parent and the professional they want to be, or who might feel stuck and not know what they want. We offer short- and long-term group coaching programmes and a range of 1:1 coaching packages to explore the myriad challenges that working parents face. We are also building a portfolio of offers to organisations who want to create richly diverse and family-friendly organisational cultures. Among others, we work with issues of balance and boundaries, ambition and motivation, creativity and identity, values and purpose. We have collected insights and testimony from a range of sectors and have gathered intelligence on some universal challenges and themes. We celebrate the value of parents in organisations and provide support and advice to those companies that want to retain and maximise the potential of their parent employees. We know that the quality of support given to all parents can determine the number of women in leadership positions, how significant the gender pay-gap is, and how committed organisations are to a broader remit of inclusion and diversity. Founded by Alice Ballantine Dykes in 2018, we have grown to be a collection of associate coaches, developing different aspects of our business to support: parents who want to change career or get promoted, women into leadership positions, a broader understanding of shared parental leave and job sharing, parents starting their own businesses, and women in the creative industries.
