Mama’s Life Products is on a mission to provide everyday people with natural skincare solutions that unlock the power of natural plant-based ingredients. Our roots are linked to Northern Ghana where our family still resides as chiefs, governors and stewards of the land, land that nurtures the shea butter tree. Our Elders call it the "Tree of Life" because of its versatility - its fruit is edible, its leaves can heal ailments and its bark has antimicrobial properties. The Tree of Life supports the community around it and is the foundation for our company. Mama’s Life Products Ltd. (MLP) represents over 40 co-operatives: 30 seeding, farming and harvesting operations and 10 processors in Ghana. Our supply capacity is presently 200 metric tonnes per month; certified Eco-Cert Organic and Fair For Life Fairtrade.
