About Mana Realm
Mana Realm is a unique one of a kind business we like to call a "hive-freelance development company". Mana Realm manages, directs, and produces many forms of media such as music, film, television, magazines, and more. The "hive-freelance" aspect comes from our specialized third-party contract contribution, where our employees work directly for us, while having consistent opportunities to work with other studios, software companies, etc. We made this experimental shift during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, during which our home development company Mana Softworks was struggling to produce our own projects effectively. To maintain budgeting for our staff, teams, and projects; we forged a new and exciting path. Mana Realm functions under a few non-negotiable principles that we feel should be universal in all aspects of a successful career. We are to never exploit an associate's difficulties or struggles, we have no tolerance for systemic discrimination or unfair stigmas, disclosing inherently private sexual interests or experiences publically while representing or executing company-assigned operations, and we do not limit access to opportunities by leveraging unfair societal biases. These are common principles used by many successful organizations, and we feel under these principles, any organization can thrive financially, and socially; by creating a fair, non-judgemental, accepting environment for anyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, political views, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
