I am a catalyst for elevating healthy positive mindsets in nonprofit organizational cultures through mental fitness, inclusive leadership, and transforming conversations. Clients: Senior leaders, middle managers, and emerging leaders who work for social justice through developing affordable housing and related community and economic development work, or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible through employment, residential, and other person-centered support. These leaders are multicultural and cross all identities. They are deeply passionate about being change agents.
