The flagship program, "Devenir le manager que vous avez rêvé d'avoir" (held in French) is a six month online training and coaching for young managers to learn soft skills AND to test them in a safe space. A highlight of the program is when we tap into our collective intelligence to resolve members' actual business challenges Startup CEOs seek to pass on their values of courage, collaboration, and respect.
