She has a brain that is both creative and strategic. She focuses on leadership, communication, and culture to get the job done. This business is built on her ability to make complex things simple. She sees things clearly and creates order and priorities to achieve award-winning, Qualmark Gold business results. Jo works with the Board of Directors, Trustees, management teams, and all stakeholders to bring projects alive. She has hands-on experience in tourism, youth development, not-for-profit and for-profit organisations and owns and runs Jolt Marketing, which offers strategic marketing for small businesses. Jolt Marketing delivers marketing training as a Regional Business Partner and with the Tu Matahiko programme under HTK Group. Her work is backed by a business degree focused on management and marketing, coaching qualifications, and a keen interest in Te Ao Māori. She is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors and works as a volunteer for Business Mentors NZ. We are known for getting stuck in, creating cultural shifts and high operational performance.
