About Mandala ITC
Mandala ITC is owned by Joe Mandala, who has worked for nearly 30 years in information technology, and for the last 17 in public safety. For many of those years, I have been engaged at the national level in helping to move public safety information technology forward. I have worked with all jurisdictional levels from small local agencies to international organizations, and with a broad array of public safety related domains including law enforcement, corrections, court systems, prosecution, communications, and others. I have worked closely both with public and private sector partners in these efforts.
