We complete exhaustive site analyses, we test financial viability and worthiness, we understand zoning permits and procedures, and we pay careful observance to environmental factors, and guide architectural design. We also monitor all phases of construction, and manage each property we have developed and put our name to. From individual parcels to large-scale malls, Mandevco develops and manages all phases of development. We remain committed to the tenants we secure. We establish a trust and work together on a daily basis. Mandevco has attracted investors from all over the world who trust in our ability to evaluate potential sites, and to manage the vision, design and construction in bringing promise to fruition. Our portfolio now includes 120 properties, comprising over two million square feet of retail, office, industrial and residential space throughout Quebec, Ontario and regions of the US. Mandevco unites dream and design with the practicalities of function and management of day-to-day operation of the people who will occupy and manage each space. A team of, leasing representatives, operations personnel and accountants manages each property.
