Manjula provides healthy vegan twists on authentic international recipes, offering tasty alternatives that are both local sourced and sustainable. Having traded for 8 years we have worked at many different types of events and functions, providing delicious food as well as professionalism and more importantly, smiling faces! We cater Festivals, Weddings, Corporate Events, Parties, you name it, we can cook for it. We can either serve from on of our vintage trailers or a gazebo if preferred. We can also offer a sit down family service, sharing plates or a buffet. All our dishes are nut free and we are happy to cater gluten free, Jain diet and any other allergens as well. We serve on beautiful palm leaf plates and all our packaging is biodegradable and eco-friendly. We compost all our food waste to use on our allotment, so we are doing our bit for the environment too. We love to personalise our set up, matching in with your colour scheme and offering a special personalised message on one of our boards.
