We specialise in wood fired oven cooking, breadmaking, fish cookery, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. We focus on using top quality ingredients produced in the area & have an extensive knowledge of the food & drink industry in Devon and the South West. Our book - the Wood Fired Oven Cook Book - is now in its 5th edition & our series of wood fired ebooks is in development. Our expertise in wood fired cooking brings professional and private students to our school in South Devon. We can also arrange private teaching for you on your own oven either at home or for your staff in your restaurant.
