Founded in 1915 in Salem, New Jersey, by John Boston Campbell (a Scottish immigrant). Still headquartered in Salem, New Jersey, and privately held by the Campbell family. Zack Zehner (John Boston Campbell's great-great grandson) is Chairman of the Board. Operates under a set of Core Values: Care, Do the Right Thing, Work Hard/Play Hard, Control Our Own Destiny.
