About Mantra Yoga Collective

We have created this collective of mindful practitioners to honor the rich traditions of yoga, the mindfulness of community spirit, and the intention of inclusiveness and change. MYC@Work We would LOVE the opportunity to bring yoga to your workplace! Our offerings include any class format you see here (www.mantrayogacollective.com/descriptions) + we will happily tailor a single class, series, or ongoing weekly or monthly program to suit your company’s needs. Making time for movement and wellness is always a challenge. When you offer your employees or co-workers the opportunity to pause, move, and breathe during the work day, we KNOW you’ll see an improvement in your work environment. We offer livestream (virtual) classes to your team anywhere in the world OR in-person classes at your place of work in Austin, Texas and Chattanooga, Tennessee. We also offer customized class video collections in an on-demand library you can curate for your employees! Companies in our MYC@Work program are invited to sponsor a yoga class for the non profit or school of your choosing! Another option to support our work in the community is to donate to our MYC Community Fund, which is used to offer free community classes and scholarships to all MYC workshops and events for folks from marginalized communities to join for free.
