ManufactHER Northern California Empowers High School Girls Through Hands-On Manufacturing Training and Career Pathways. We host the annual Girls in Manufacturing Summer Camp to empower high school girls through hands-on technical training. We work with educators, industry leaders, and community partners to guide girls into manufacturing careers, promote gender equity, and provide mentorship that supports their growth and success. The Girls in Manufacturing (GIM) Summer Camp is a hands-on technical skills career camp designed to empower middle school and high school girls by introducing them to skilled trades and technical careers. Through immersive workshops, mentorship, and real-world experience, participants gain the confidence and skills to explore careers in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, and other high-demand industries.
