Take a look... please. I have retired from headship of a London secondary school, 11 - 18, that gained outstanding status in 2008. Results had dramatically improved and we had a very low staff turnover and one of the most diverse student populations across the country. The experiences gained have allowed me to start and develop a small consultancy company that will meet your needs if you want to improve the quality of education in your organisation. There are a number of programmes we run and we will also be interested in any specific requirements you may have. If you want to do it, then so will someone else. Currently I have worked in London with head teachers new and established in a consultancy and coaching role; with a school in Bristol as an executive head teacher; delivering high quality teacher improvement programmes in London, Bristol and Buckinghamshire. I have set up programmes to move schools from good to great and to help outstanding schools, primary and secondary, stay outstanding. I am currently re-writing programmes to improve and secure outstanding teachers understanding of high quality learning and teaching; moving satisfactory teachers to become good teachers and beyond; as well as coaching, problem solving and providing you with a "health check" of your school from an experienced head teacher's perspective.
