hi! We're Manzanita Roasting Company located in Sunny San Diego. We're a husband and wife owned coffee roaster, sourcing high quality small batch beans from small farms around the world. Weston, the roaster, came from a chef and WSET 3 Sommelier background and brings all of that knowledge and creativity to the coffee roaster. Uniquely, our roaster is located on the Bernardo Winery, a historic winery, located in Rancho Bernardo CA. We have two cafes, located in Rancho Bernardo (also on the winery) and in Escondido. We serve coffee and espresso drinks and make all of our flavors for the flavored drinks from scratch. Besides our cafes, we distribute our coffee wholesale and partner with shops that carry our coffee, assisting them with equipment decisions, barista training and ongoing support.
