Although we craft our service offerings to meet the needs of our individual clients, typical relationships fall into one of three categories: Payroll Services: We process payroll quickly and efficiently. Payroll service includes all tax remittances and reporting, new hire reporting, garnishment management and direct deposit for employees. Administrative Services Provider (ASP): As your ASP, we provide a full scope of Human Resource services to your business but as a third party, meaning that all insurance policies, benefit plans and tax filings are wholly owned by you. We do the work but the plans and taxes are filed in your company’s name. Professional Employer Organization (PEO): In the PEO service model, we create a “co-employment? relationship so that we share certain employment responsibilities. The advantage of the PEO relationship is that you can take advantage of our economies of scale.
