Marathon HR Services, LLC, is a Human Resources Outsourcing firm providing administrative and consultative services in the areas of Payroll, Benefits, Risk Management, Safety and Human Resource Compliance to small to medium sized businesses. We help our clients: GROW REVENUES: By taking administrative tasks off their plates, which allows them to grow their business. They can focus on the “Top Line” of their business, where there is unlimited potential. REDUCE COSTS: Through a worker's comp policy with no deposits and no audits, reduced turnover, reduced accounting fees among others. GAIN PEACE OF MIND: Knowing that they are compliant with all the appropriate Human Resource regulations and their likelihood of being involved with employment related litigation has been reduced. Although we craft our service offerings to meet the needs of our individual clients, typical relationships fall into one of three categories: Payroll Services: We process payroll quickly and efficiently. Payroll service includes all tax remittances and reporting, new hire reporting, garnishment management and direct deposit for employees. Administrative Services Provider (ASP): As your ASP, we provide a full scope of Human Resource services to your business but as a third party, meaning that all insurance policies, benefit plans and tax filings are wholly owned by you. We do the work but the plans and taxes are filed in your company’s name. Professional Employer Organization (PEO): In the PEO service model, we create a “co-employment? relationship so that we share certain employment responsibilities. The advantage of the PEO relationship is that you can take advantage of our economies of scale.
