Since 1966 Marbo Italia has been at the forefront of technical innovation in its markets, formulating and delivering high quality products for molding, colouring or coating processes. Our range of products includes: Release Agents A variety of Release Agents, water and solvent based suitable for materials and polymers, such as Polyurethane, Rubber, Tyres, Aluminum die casting, Composite, Phenoilc, EVA and others thermoset resins, which require to be released during the molding process. The entire product range is specifically designed, in order to maximize the moulding operation and minimize production rejects. Coatings A range of coating products for finishing plastic materials such as PU, ABS, SAN, PS, PP, PC, PMMA, NYLON, PVC, TR, Metal alloys and Glass to be used in various processes including the the finishing of soles and heels for footwear, the high vacuum metallization and the direct coating on plastics materials. Our products are easy to apply via spray, flow coating or by dipping techniques and can be thermal or UV curing. Colouring paste A range of high strength liquid dispersions of organic and inorganic pigments in different environmentally friendly carriers. The colour pastes are fluid and low in viscosity, developed to give the best possible compatibility with the many different materials that we can pigment, such as PU - PVC and RUBBER. Together with the colouring paste we have a complete range of Water Based IMC (In Mould Coating), used to covering the possible moulding defects and to improve the UV stability of PU. We have grown over the years through the acquisition, and through the creation of JV with highly qualified partners. All to pursue our aim of setting up a group strongly oriented towards customer satisfaction in which we offer a complete package of products and a fast and reliable service.
