About Marc's Fitness Lab

Hi, Marc here, founder of Marc's Fitness Lab, born and raised in California, living in Stockholm. I have over 30 years of experience as a concierge personal trainer, fitness director, and gym owner. I've worked with CEOs, celebrities, professional athletes, and royalty. As a result of my experiences, I've found that the most successful clients are not the ones that work the hardest at the gym, but those who actually enjoy their workouts, have expert support, and are able to recognize and celebrate the small wins. Sure, it's nice to lose a few pounds, but how about sleeping better, keeping up with your grandchildren, or getting a promotion at work? These are the small wins that keep my clients coming back. While I still focus on individual training for VIP clients at Grand Fitness in Kungsholmen, I've also built a small but mighty team to build a cost-effective corporate fitness solution for small to medium size companies including onsite, live streaming, and hybrid options.
