March Women is a curated community of female M&A professionals and entrepreneurs at every stage and level of the deal-making journey. Our members are a diverse and dynamic group from across the M&A ecosystem, ranging from partners, executive directors and chairs of the board to analysts and trainees across fintechs, family offices, corporate finance, investment houses, law firms, specialist M&A advisers and more. Our purpose is simple: to champion women in the M&A industry, to amplify their presence and give them a platform to bring more deals to the table. Less talk, more action. An M&A and PE lawyer for over 20 years at firms including Slaughter and May, Kirkland & Ellis and Reed Smith, Laura was the first woman to lead the winning Private Equity Team of the Year, at the British Legal Awards in 2017. She more recently set up her own corporate law boutique Threadneedle Law.
