Marco is a family run company dedicated to producing the highest quality product identification and technical industrial adhesives. What we have managed to achieve since the company was founded in 2000 proves that passion, perseverance, and a total focus on continuous improvement can only lead to great things. Our corporate values are deeply rooted in the early days of our operations. Over time by implementing the principle of continuous improvement in every activity of the company we managed to arrive where we are today. Marco stands for more than just a company. Our success is directly attributed to company founder and CEO’s dedication to continuous development of each and every member of the team. It is achieved through the process of increased delegation of responsibilities, implementation of Kaizen philosophy of management, promoting continuous analysis of ones actions and ongoing process of increasing staff’s awareness and engagement into all internal process. As an organisation we implement the most restrictive international ISO quality standards. Additionally to comply with restrictive tractability requirements we have implement sophisticated bespoke IT system designed and developed in house by our IT department, that controls all the process within the company. This combined with the latest printing and die-cut presses available on the market allows us to ensure exceptional flexibility, limited and closely controlled waste levels and reduced production times. Our focus on economic success has never overshadowed the importance of carrying for the less fortunate. Since our foundation we have always allocated a fixed percentage of our profits to charitable activities. All of the above is part of Marco’s Culture - a written set of principles reflecting our high ideals, philosophy and a dedication to maintaining our unconditional respect for people in building of our long term economic success, and changing the world for a better place.
