Founded in 1991 as a family business, Margherita S.p.A. is located very close to the Prosecco hills and vineyards in the Veneto region. It is internationally recognised as a manufacturer of PREMIUM QUALITY frozen and chilled pizzas & snacks. 4 flexible production facilities with the highest food and safety standards (BRC/IFS). All the products are handmade and are based on the continuous research for the best selection of the finest raw materials. Our «Pizzaioli» shape the dough by hand, in exactly the same way as in pizzerias and topping the base by dosing all the ingredients with a good portion of know-how. The quality we deliver is the one of the authentic top Italian pizzeria. Our customers are mainly primary international retailers and food service companies. We supply frozen and chilled categories including bake off. We are highly focused on tailor-made recipes. Our Food Innovation Lab develops and tests new products and concepts through an exchange of experiences from different markets. We can offer branded and Private Label solutions; all types of packaging to meet the markets’ needs (Retail and Food service). Recently, Margherita Srl has taken over Prodal Srl, an Italian premium pizza manufacturer established over 26 years ago, highly appreciated for its handcrafted production.
