About MarHub

MarHub is a migration management platform that enables refugees to access crucial information and services through chatbots on social media. We are developing tools that help streamline and extend the services of our humanitarian partners, to make sure that our users get reliable, actionable responses when they need them most. For our first chatbot, Mona, we teamed up with a legal aid organization to help refugees navigate resettlement procedures and connect with legal assistance. By automating screening and triage, Mona also increases the efficiency and reach of the limited legal aid available to refugees.
