Marick Real Estate is an experienced property development company with a proven track record in the accommodation and commercial property sectors. We are a team of 18 people providing expertise in development management, project management, quantity surveying, accountancy, finance and FCA regulated activities. All of our projects are led by company directors with a wealth of industry knowledge and development experience. We have strong relationships with key groups across the development spectrum, including accommodation operators, tier one contractors, sub-contractors and major equity and debt funders. We believe in robust control of the development management process. Whether dealing with direct development or providing true development management on behalf of third parties, our aim is to add real value from inception to completion. This attitude has seen us lead the way to many industry innovations that are now standard practice. We have been involved in a number of innovative funding transactions for developments which have viability or other funding challenges. Our employees are central to our business.
