The Marin Council, Scouting America has been serving the youth of Marin County for over a century with quality, values-based programming focused on citizenship training, personal fitness, character development, leadership skills, community service and outdoor adventures. In addition to our Scout Service Center in San Rafael, we operate two of the finest private outdoor recreation properties in northern California: Camp Tamarancho outside Fairfax in central Marin, and Camp Marin-Sierra in scenic Emigrant Gap, Nevada County.
