About Marin Family Action

Marin Family Action's mission is to assist everyone who comes into their offices with financial issues. Their services include credit repair, financial literacy courses and affordable housing. In 2009, families facing foreclosure began calling. Manny Fernandez, Executive Director, saw the need for a plan to save homes and became pro-active by starting Families Fighting Foreclosure (F3). Marin Family Action was started in 2008 by Dorothy Hughes, who is included in Marin Women's Hall of Fame.
