Marine Villa, The Art Deco House is probably one of the most stunning self catering holiday homes in the UK. Build in 1928 it is a wonderful icon of Art Deco design on the Isle of Wight. Run as a partnership by the husband and wife team of Laurence Smith and Sharon Boyse-Smith it is under continual improvement as the profits are reinvested in the business. Laurence and Sharon bought the business in October 2014 and immediately started to transform what had previously been marketed as a party house for 24+ people to instead be a step back in time to a bygone age, Sharon and Laurence continue in their own careers in the Music Industry (Sharon) and Computer Services (Laurence) and have appointed Sara Crane as the House Manager.
