Marion Goodwill Industries, Inc. is one of over 156 independent Goodwill agencies. All with a common goal to help unemployed individuals overcome their barriers to employment. Founded in 1977, Marion Goodwill has expanded from one retail store in downtown Marion to 300 employees working in 14 locations throughout our 5 county territory in Ohio. Our service territory includes: Marion, Delaware, Union, Crawford and Morrow Counties. Our mission is to provide training, employment and support services for people with disabilities or disadvantages who seek greater independence. Employment and training are Goodwill's primary focus, assisting men and women to develop their job skills and secure work opportunities that fulfill their personal and professional goals.
