Founded in 2005, the Maritime Simulation and Resource Centre (MSRC) is a purpose-built marine pilot simulation training facility, located in Quebec city, Canada. The MSRC is a full-service provider, owned and operated by pilots, with an in-house team has skills in geographic database development, ship model development, ship manoeuvring and risk analysis. With all these services on site, we are able to respond quickly and efficiently to any specific Training or Operational Feasibility Study requests. MSRC’s simulator is one of the most advanced simulators of its type and is continually being upgraded.
